LAUCO CURRENTLY ONLY SUPPORTS ORDERS DELIVERED TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES (REGIONS):

We offer free shipping on orders over $30.

Most standard shipments are sent through Yunexpress, 4px or SF. The specific service depends on the weight and product type of your order.

Dispatch within 5 working days except unless there's a force majeure. The item will be shipped out from our worldwide warehouses randomly according to your location.

SHIPPING TIME: 2 - 4 WEEKS
The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs department.

Shipping carrier delay, weather delay or international Customs inspections delay are beyond our control. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us for further assistance.

When you place an order on the LAUCO website, you will receive a shipping info email from LAUCO. Please check your email address. In addition, you can also check the shipping info through track order.

SHIPPING HUBS
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our distribution center in China at the moment, but we will build our warehouse soon in your country, including the USA, UK, German, Canada, and more countries.

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER
If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as you can. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
